International Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
For orders shipped outside New Zealand, please note that your shipment may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other local taxes once it arrives in your destination country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs displayed on our website. J Lim Diamonds does not collect or control these charges and cannot estimate their amount.
Any delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays, fees, or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
If an international order is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, any return shipping costs, customs charges, or losses incurred will be deducted from the refund or may result in no refund being issued.
