This Warranty Policy outlines what is covered and how to request assistance if an issue arises.
Warranty Coverage
We offer a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering:

Faulty clasps, settings, or mounts due to workmanship

Structural issues not caused by normal wear or misuse
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:

Scratches, dents, or bent metals

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper care

Loss of stones due to impact or wear

Damage caused by third-party repairs or alterations

Discoloration due to chemicals, chlorine, or cosmetics
Consumer Guarantees Act (New Zealand)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
You are entitled to:

Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
