Yes. All made to order jewellery requires full payment at the time of purchase. Production will only begin once payment has been successfully received. Made to order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Why can ring (setting only) prices change?
Ring (setting only) prices are estimated because gold prices fluctuate daily based on global market conditions. While we strive to keep pricing accurate, the final price may vary slightly if gold prices change between order placement and production. If there is a significant change, we will notify you before proceeding.
How long does made to order jewellery take?
Made to order jewellery typically takes approximately 4–6 weeks to produce. This timeframe may vary depending on design complexity, material availability, or peak periods. We will keep you updated and notify you once your piece is ready to ship.
Will I receive updates about my order?
Yes. We provide updates throughout the production process, and you will receive a notification once your jewellery is completed and ready for shipment.
